How to change our mindset?

Maybe there are some people who feel that when they reach the lowest point in their lives, including me. But it's only natural that we understand, life is like a plane, not always we are on top, we occasionally go down. When it's above we feel like we can fly free, fast, beat the others.

But when you are down feel like you have lost your way, feel helpless, do not move. It feels like the world is no longer on your side, wanting to do anything is no longer enthusiastic. Take it easy, it is a natural thing to happen, we are being reminded of God about the meaning of something, it may be that we are more grateful, learn to respect the situation.

But keep in mind ... do not linger we feel down, it's terrible, Don't let yourself get stuck over, because it will further worsen the situation, your spirit will continue to decrease, your mindset will be damaged, psychological and mental condition will be chaotic, even your physical feels like you lost energy.

It all starts with negative thoughts, we don't know when it will come, it can be very sudden, maybe because your words are underappreciated, your academic grades are bad, your business doesn't improve, is underestimated by colleagues, friends, and so on.

And when your negative feelings accumulate, clot, it will affect your perception, your thoughts about the world will be dispersed, you will think of life sometimes of favoritism, it feels like we are the only ones with bad luck.

Now, if it's been like this, as I said earlier, don't leave it too long, anything that is left too long doesn't always end well; the iron is left in the warehouse too long, rusty, the eggs are cooked for too long, it burns, the heart is left for too long, upset.

So what happens if these negative thoughts are left just like that? for sure, slowly this negative thought will enter the subconscious, then it will form a mindset, or change it to be very bad, you will become a negative thinker, if you have this it could be that you will lose your vision, the purpose of life is not clear, in your mind "whatever you want is up to you, the important thing is to survive".

It may seem excessive, but that's how it is, even there have been many studies that negative thoughts are very sharp, Dr. Ibrahim Elfiky, a world Muslim motivator maestro, in his book "Positive Thinking Therapy" explains, the human mind will make certain kinds of files in their minds in accordance with what they think as a form of interpretation.

So if your mind is always negative, which is only filled with negative files, until your brain can't think, it can be likened to a large capital, full of crowds, difficult if you want to go anywhere, going anywhere near it takes hours. Now if the mind is narrow, it could be your target or goal will not be achieved.

Then how can I make the negative thoughts disappear? the way is very easy, if the thought arises, keep you in the opposite direction, just think about positive things, we always do this in a way, but what we always ignore is to stick to it, calm down first, don't be too hasty with the situation, we want to fix a "broken" mindset here, remember yes, the damage can be small or large, which is clearly all detrimental.

Actually, in every problem that befalls there will be a gap for positive thinking so that the problem is constructive. Who knows, the problem is to reprimand you for learning more, study more patiently, the world is actually waiting for people who can survives.
